New Out Of Hours Emergency Helpline for Greater Manchester Residents

Citizens Advice Greater Manchester announces new Out Of Hours Emergency Helpline service available to all GM residents.

Citizens Advice Greater Manchester has announced that a new Out Of Hours Helpline, funded by a £100,000 grant from the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, is now live.

The Helpline will be available for all GM residents to call Monday to Sunday from 7pm to 10pm on 0161 850 5053. Calls will be charged at local rates.

Callers can get advice on a variety of issues including debt, benefits, housing and employment as well as referrals through to local offices, if further advice is needed, and access to a wide range of GM specialist support services. The Helpline will also use some exciting digital access points to ensure support is available 24/7.

We’re delighted that residents across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford can access this valuable resource, and are pleased that some of our own team will be working on the helpline, to support those who need help!
