Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the 13th Annual General Meeting of Citizens Advice SORT Group Ltd (0829039), which will be held on Thursday 12 December 2024, 5:00pm at Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester, M4 5AD. The meeting will also be available online via Google Meet

The meeting will transact the following business:

- Chair’s introduction, welcome and apologies for absence
- Minutes of the previous AGM and any matters arising
- Annual trustee report and accounts for the year end 2023/24
- Consideration of special resolutions
- Review of new and retiring directors
- Appointment of auditors
- Vote of thanks
- Any other business

Members and director trustees have a right to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
